Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket / Checkout" where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process yourorder.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or mail. Please note that if there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before shipping to obtain your agreement.

There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.

Delivery Information

Please add £8 shipping for each order. Orders over £100 will be shipped for free. For overseas orders, please contact us by email. However if you do make an order from abroad we will always advise you of the total cost before shipping, to ensure you wish to go ahead with the order.

Delivery Schedule

Although we can't guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders within the UK are delivered within 7 working days. For the rest of the world we will advise you on shipping times and charges before we take payment.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at the appropriate rate is added and included in the price.

Returns Policy

All returns must be authorised by Savant Lifestyle Prior to return. We will be happy to arrange collection, but a charge will be made if goods have to be collected due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.
